Terms of service
By enrolling in any course at Trusted English Trainers, students agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Attendance Policy
• If a student misses a session without prior notice, the session will not be rescheduled.
• If a student arrives late, the session will begin at the scheduled time and the missed time will not be compensated.
• If all students in the group are absent without prior notice, the session will not be rescheduled.
• A session may only be rescheduled if prior agreement is made with the trainer and the rest of the group.

2. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Students have the right to cancel or postpone one session only during the period of 8 sessions, provided that prior notice is given.
• The cancelled session must be rescheduled within the same month.

3. Late Arrival Policy
• If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled, except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.

4. Student Rights
Students are entitled to:
• Receive answers to their questions during the sessions.
• Consult the trainer whenever they face any difficulty related to the course.

5. Trainer Responsibility
• If the trainer arrives late, the lost time will be compensated by the trainer.

• Students are expected to commit to these policies in order to achieve the best learning outcomes from the sessions.
