At Trusted English Trainers, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. As our courses require dedicated time, resources, and reserved spots for each student, the following refund policy applies.

Non-Refundable Courses

Conversation Courses

All conversation courses are non-refundable.

Once a student enrolls in a conversation course, a specific seat and time slot are reserved exclusively for that student. Because our trainers dedicate their time to each student and the reserved slot cannot easily be reassigned, refunds cannot be issued after enrollment.

All recorded courses are non-refundable.

Once a student enrolls in a recorded course and receives access to the course content and materials, the purchase becomes final and cannot be refunded.

Students are encouraged to carefully review the course details, schedule, and policies before enrolling.

By completing the enrollment process, the student acknowledges and agrees to the no-refund policy, and confirms their commitment to the course.
