Trusted English Trainers sells digital products and online coursesonly. We do not ship physical goods currently.

Digital Delivery

After you complete checkout, your purchase is delivered digitally in one or more of the following ways:

- Instant access on our website (via your account).

For live courses, our team will also send important joining details and next steps via WhatsApp.

Delivery Time

Most purchases are delivered immediately after payment isconfirmed. In rare cases (e.g.,payment review or technical delays), access may take up to 24 hours.

Shipping Fees

Because we do not ship physical items, no shipping charges apply.

Access Issues / Didn’t Receive Your Order

If you can’t access your course or didn’t receive your confirmation:

1. Check your spam/junk folder and search for “Trusted EnglishTrainers”.
2. Confirm you used the correct address at checkout.
3. Try logging into your account using the same email your purchased with by clicking on the person icon at the top of the website.

Since delivery is digital, shipping addresses are not used for fulfillment. If you need to update the email address on your order or the phone number for WhatsApp messages related to a live course, please contact us at info@trustedenglishtrainers.com.
